Shipping & Refund PoliciesThank you for considering delicious lobster from the cold waters of Maine and delivered to your door! Shipping Method and Rates: Maine Lobster Outlet ships your package(s) via FEDEX Standard Overnight service on all orders to be delivered Tuesday through Friday. A small percentage of weekday deliveries may require Priority Overnight service because of the delivery location. Orders shipped on Friday for Saturday delivery will be shipped via FEDEX Priority Overnight for Saturday Delivery service. An additional shipping charge of $25 applies to Saturday deliveries. Note that there are rate differences between Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Priority Overnight for Saturday Delivery Services. We utilize our FedEx shipment portal to communicate with you about your shipment(s). You will receive emails when orders have shipped and when orders are delivered. You will receive an email notification in the unlikely event that your order is being delayed in transit. Prices are subject to correction. Refund Policy: Maine Lobster Outlet will credit any customer’s credit card when a package is either not delivered or is delivered to an incorrect address (unless YOU provided incorrect address during the ordering process) which results in the customer not receiving the package on the date promised. Please check your order carefully and notify us at 207-363-9899 at the earliest opportunity if you have made a mistake. If your package has not been shipped we can correct it; if it has been shipped we cannot. |
